- The project was established on an area of about 63,000 m2 and it consists of several phases. The first phase consists of 239 apartments distributed over 7 blocks with a height of 16-17 floors.
- The second phase is the Home Office Tower, which is a 17-storey tower consisting of 108 apartments in the style of 1 + 1 - 2 + 1 and 4 shops. The hotel phase consists of two hotels, one of which was completely bought by the Hilton Company, and the other hotel was recently purchased by an investor.
- During the excavation of the project, an archaeological area was discovered where the construction was presented and the archaeological area was preserved and arranged so that it became for the residents of the project.
